Week 3 Reading Reflection

1) What was the biggest surprise for you in the reading? In other words, what did you read that stood out the most as different from your expectations? 
  • I was quite surprised to learn about the several views on risk in the mind of an entrepreneur.
2) Identify at least one part of the reading that was confusing to you.
  • I found the section about stress confusing. 
3) If you were able to ask two questions to the author, what would you ask? Why?
  • Why do you think speeches are such an important thing as an entrepreneur? He emphasized on this so heavily that I would love to hear his opinions on it.
  • Why would ethical decision making have extended consequences? Why would an ethically correct decision have risks?
4) Was there anything you think the author was wrong about? Where do you disagree with what she or he said? How?
  • I do not find myself disagreeing with anything the author has said.

    Hey Evelyn, it's your TA Anna. I was going through this post and it left me with some questions. Which specific views of risk were you surprised to learn about? What about the section on stress was confusing? And if you do not disagree with one single claim that the author made, what do you think you would add on to one of the claims made?
